All my neighbors are worth so much more and I just know I could be too someday. I'm in such a great location and all my neighhbor homes look so good that I'm certain I could shine just as good as them someday. It hasnt been easy. Ive got a cool garage back there and really good privacy. I've always loved how my owners could invite friends over to party and walk to Mardi Gras parades. Im so lucky I was built so close to the duckpond area. Its always THE BEST spot for Mardi Gras around here. Im two doors down from St. Joseph Catholic School and I just love it. Ok lets talk about the important stuff! I have 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and CROWN MOLDING IN ALL OF IT! I have some really nice wood floors and Im beyond ready for someone to polish them up. I do need a roof and theres alot of leaves up there that need cleaning but my Realtor who is selling the home has some good ideas on how to help stitch together the paperwork to make it work. My ac system runs and is serviced annually! I have a really big mud room out back and washer and dryer area are all inside! I have a really cool fireplace for the wintertime and cant wait to heat things up for you in the fall. Ive got alot to offer someone but its just been so hard to find the right new owner. I really want to find my new people and I hope your Realtor can believe in me like my Realtor does.
